Just what do these terms mean?
AFUE - Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency - what it costs you to run the system
SEER - Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating - The bigger the number, the cheaper to run. The smaller number the more expensive
BTU - British Thermal Units -- a measurement of the amount of heat required to raise or lower the temperature of one pound of water one degree Fahrenheit.
Mini-Split Cooling Systems
These systems provide both heating and cooling in homes and businesses that have boilers. They take the place of a miniature forced air system.
