We are a little more expensive but look at what you get!! Our clean and service includes cleaning of all burners (if possible), the combustion chamber, the entire heating appliance, the blower and blower compartment. Along with that we check all electric motors and lubricate them. We clean the flame sensor (if applicable), check the condensate drainage and above all -- we provide to you a computerized efficiency test! We are not in your home for 20 minutes -- we are there for a minimum of 1 hour! And, you have the owner of the company with over 50 years experience doing the work!! How much is this complete service and testing? For gas systems it is $295.00 plus a trip charge and NYS sales tax. We wish we could charge the same for oil but the cost of materials for oil systems is much higher. For oil systems the charge is $350 plus a trip charge and NYS sales tax.
